Quick Facts

We Read the Fabric Code First

There is a tag under the cushion, and it decides everything. Using the wrong method on the wrong fabric is how sofas get ruined.

CodeWhat it means
WWater based cleaning is safe. Most synthetics and blends.
SSolvent only. No water. Water causes shrinkage, browning, and watermarks.
W/SWater or solvent. The most forgiving fabrics.
XVacuum only. No wet or solvent cleaning at all.

We find and read that code before anything gets wet. If the tag is missing or the fiber is delicate — viscose, silk, or an unlabeled vintage piece — we test a hidden area first and tell you what is realistic before we quote.

What We Clean

Sofas and loveseats

Cushions, arms, back, and skirt. Body oils and dust settle into the fibers long before a sofa looks dirty.

Sectionals

Priced by the seat, not a flat guess, so a big L shaped piece is quoted fairly.

Armchairs and recliners

Recliner mechanisms and headrests hold the most soil. We reach into the folds.

Dining chairs

Seat pads and upholstered backs, quoted per chair.

Mattresses

Cuts dust mites, sweat, and odor. From $90, dry in a few hours.

Ottomans and headboards

The pieces most cleaners skip, done at the same visit.

How We Clean Upholstery

Inspect and read the code

Fiber, construction, the cleaning code, and any existing damage or fading. You get your price here.

Dry vacuum

Loose soil and dust out first, before any moisture. This is the step that gets skipped.

Pre treat

Spots, arms, and headrests get treated and given time to work. Pet odor gets enzyme.

Clean to the code

Hot water extraction on water safe fabrics, low moisture or solvent methods on delicate ones.

Groom and dry

Fabric reset and fans running. Most pieces are dry in a few hours.

Questions People Ask

How long does upholstery take to dry?

A few hours with fans running. Low moisture and solvent cleaning on delicate fabrics dries faster.

Can you clean any fabric?

We check the cleaning code first. Water safe fabrics get hot water extraction; solvent only and vacuum only fabrics get the method the tag allows. We tell you before we start.

Can you get pet stains and odor out of a sofa?

Usually. Enzyme treatment breaks down the source rather than masking it. Severe cases that have soaked into the foam are quoted after inspection.

Can you clean a mattress?

Yes, from $90. It reduces dust mites, sweat, and odor, and it dries in a few hours.

Will the colors run or shrink?

We read the code and test a hidden area first. Fabrics that cannot take water are cleaned with a solvent method instead, so nothing runs or shrinks.

Are the products safe around kids and pets?

Yes. Everything is back in use once the fabric is dry, usually a few hours. Tell us at booking about any specific sensitivity.
